We are Reda representatives for dealcoholization equipment, part of Grupo PHI, and help producers buy it in Europe and the US. A DVR line runs at our site, so you can process your own wine before investing.
The DVR works in batch cycles. It concentrates polyphenols and aroma and rebuilds the wine, instead of only stripping alcohol out.
