Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email, company, country, topic and message.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Some blog posts include YouTube videos: they only load when you press play, and from that moment YouTube (Google) receives your IP address under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you request before a possible contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not send newsletters or marketing without separate consent.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and form provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), processes form data on our behalf under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our email provider stores the messages we exchange. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Like any web server, our host keeps technical logs (such as IP address) for a short period for security.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer only if a contract or the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to joao@nowaybev.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Changes

When the online shop opens, this policy will be updated to cover orders and payments.
